Refund & Returns Policy

Side Projects merchandise is sold by Fourthwall, Inc. as the Merchant of Record. Your purchase contract is with Fourthwall, not with Fulcrum Enterprises s.r.o. This policy explains the remedy framework that applies; your statutory rights are governed by Fourthwall's policies and applicable law.

You have 30 days from your delivery date to report a qualifying issue with an order.

The following qualify for a remedy: items that arrive damaged in transit, defective or misprinted items, the wrong item or size shipped due to a production error, physical defects such as tears or holes, and print color errors.

The following do NOT qualify: buyer's remorse, and ordering the wrong size yourself — merchandise is made to order.

Made-to-order products (custom-produced items) do not carry a blanket general or sizing-return right unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise. Defective or misprinted made-to-order items remain eligible for replacement or refund under Fourthwall's defects policy.

For qualifying issues, the remedy is a free replacement, not a refund.

Refunds do apply in some situations outside the defects process — for example, when an order is cancelled before it enters production. Where a refund applies: PayPal refunds are typically processed within 24 business hours; credit and debit card refunds typically take 7 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

Side Projects editorial content is provided free of charge. This policy covers merchandise purchases only and does not apply to the Site's editorial content.
