All Side Projects merchandise orders are fulfilled by Fourthwall, Inc., the Merchant of Record. Fourthwall arranges shipping through their fulfillment partners.

Shipping cost is dynamically calculated based on package dimensions, weight, and destination. No fixed rate is guaranteed. The binding shipping amount is displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

As a general guide, first-item shipping to the US typically runs $4.50 to $9 for lightweight items such as apparel prints or stickers, and $6 to $9 for mugs, with higher amounts for hoodies; rates to Canada, the UK, the EU, and Australia are typically higher still. The exact amount always depends on the specific product, destination, and carrier — treat these figures as a general guide, not a quote.

Most items enter production within 24 to 48 hours of ordering. Printing, quality control, and packaging typically take an additional 3 to 5 business days; specialty items such as embroidery or multi-part prints can take longer.

For US deliveries, total time from order to arrival is typically around 6 to 12 business days (production plus 3 to 7 days of domestic transit). International deliveries typically take 2 to 4 weeks after production, reflecting additional customs processing and longer transit.

Delivery timelines vary by product type, fulfillment partner, and destination. Any estimated delivery times shown are indicative, not guaranteed.

A tracking link is emailed to you once your order ships. Tracking may show a pause during the handoff between our fulfillment partner's carrier and the local postal service near the delivery address — this is normal and does not mean the package is lost.

International deliveries may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance timelines. Do not assume that duties or taxes are included: the checkout summary controls only the amounts shown there, and destination customs authorities or carriers may separately assess charges not shown there. Clearance timelines vary by destination.

For orders shipping to European Union addresses, import duty is commonly itemized and collected as part of checkout itself rather than on delivery — though, as above, this depends on the destination and carrier and is not guaranteed for every order.
