The terms governing access to Side Projects, newsletter sign-ups, merchandise purchases, and use of our editorial products.

1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Side Projects, operated by Fulcrum Enterprises s.r.o. ("we," "our," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site.
2. Description of Service
Side Projects provides online articles, videos, and related digital content covering creative builds, unusual inventions, practical tools, small businesses, and side hustles, together with a merchandise store offering physical goods.
All editorial content on the Site is available free of charge. Newsletter sign-ups are optional and may be cancelled at any time. Merchandise is sold separately.
3. Merchandise & Fulfillment
- —The Side Projects store is powered by Fourthwall, Inc., which provides the storefront, payment processing, and order fulfillment.
- —Fourthwall, Inc. is the Merchant of Record for merchandise purchases and is a party to the sale. Your purchase contract for merchandise is with Fourthwall, not with us. Fourthwall processes payment and applicable sales tax, and handles product fulfillment and post-sale support.
- —Merchandise prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Shipping costs and any applicable taxes are dynamically calculated based on package and destination and the binding amounts appear at checkout before you confirm your order.
- —You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Delivery timelines depend on product type, fulfillment partner, and destination.
4. Refunds & Returns
Because Fourthwall, Inc. is the Merchant of Record, refund and return eligibility is governed by Fourthwall's policies. For catalog products, quality or print defects are replaced or refunded by Fourthwall. Made-to-order products do not carry a blanket general or sizing-return right unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- —Copy, redistribute, or publicly display Site content without our prior written consent.
- —Use the Site for any unlawful, defamatory, or harmful purpose.
- —Impose excessive load on our servers or otherwise interfere with normal Site operation.
- —Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or any related systems.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for anyone who violates these rules.
6. Intellectual Property
All materials on Side Projects — including text, graphics, videos, audio, and trademarks — are the property of Fulcrum Enterprises s.r.o. or its licensors.
No content may be copied, modified, sold, or reused without express written permission.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, without notice, if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service.
8. Disclaimers
The Service and all content are provided "as is" and "as available."
We make no warranties — express or implied — regarding accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Prague.
